Chuck Starr has been in the automobile business since 1985. He started his sales career in the new car department at Jackshaw Chevy, Euclid. While there he transferred to used car sales and discovered his passion for the used car industry. Chuck took his sales experience to Best Buy Auto Sales on Vine Street in 1991. As the manager he increased business and began acquiring a large customer base. Through his "No Bull" style of selling he improved customer satisfaction and gained many repeat buyers. Chuck Starr knows the importance of treating his customers like he wants to be treated. After 5 years of growing someone else's business Chuck decided to open his own used car lot in Perry, Ohio. With the support of his family Starr's Cars was opened in April 1998. Once a small lot with only 30 cars, now has expanded all the way to Lane Road and maintains 100 vehicles in inventory. Chuck Starr's motto is "Nobody Walks".

Kim's passion is numbers. She organizes and maintains all corporate records and financial information. Her responsibilities range from A/R, A/P, Payroll to Year End reports and financial statements. She is responsible for managing the Accounting and Office staff. In her spare time, Kim enjoys time with her two daughters, rides her Harley with friends and volunteers at Cornerstone Friends Church where she is a member.

Dave Davis has been with Starr's Cars and Trucks since 2004. He started in the car business in 1991 at a local new car dealer. After spending four years there he moved on to another local Dodge dealer where he worked for ten years in many different positions. Dave has a vast knowledge of the car business and how it all works. He has been with us since 2004 as a car buyer and a salesperson. He is ready to earn your business with an honest and professional way of doing business and is ready for all your financing needs. In his spare time Dave enjoys bowling, golfing and spending time with his two daughters.

Jason started with Starr's Cars when they opened in 1998. He worked as a porter and expanded his career into sales. Now he enjoys buying full-time to keep the lot stocked. Before Starrs he worked at a new car dealership in 1996. Jason graduated from Mentor High School in 1994. In his spare time Jason enjoys riding ATV's and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.

Margaret started as a sales and financing specialist here at Starr's Cars and Trucks in 2013. She graduated from Madison High School in 2002 and attended Notre Dame College. Margaret began her career in the car business in 2010 at a large new car dealer working in sales where she ambitiously decided to expand her customer service abilities to automotive financing. Of her experience in the automotive industry, Margaret said "I learned a lot and found it very exciting to help people make such a large purchase. After moving into a finance position, and learning more about the process, I found it very frustrating to see people with challenged credit histories not treated fairly by the "big" banks". Margaret strives for excellence in customer service and her exhuberant personality makes you feel like family. Her hobbies include snowboarding, crossfit, horseback riding, and target shooting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Rex and her family.

Dalton is our newest addition to the family here at Starr's Cars. After graduating with his Bachelors in Business & Marketing from Bowling Green State University, Dalton got his start in the car business much like the rest of the team here at Starr's, working at big (impersonal) new car dealerships. "I'm really excited to be part of the caring and friendly atmosphere here at Starr's Cars. I hear from customers time and again that they were treated poorly at every dealership they had visited before they came to us. It is such a benefit for the customer to have a car buying experience where they work closely with one professional throughout the entire buying process as opposed to moving from salesman to sales manager for any follow up or vehicle service work after the sale. I care about the service I provide customers as an automotive consultant... purchasing a vehicle is one of the largest purchases someone makes in their life second only to buying a house and I pride myself in helping people through that process" - Dalton When he is not working, Dalton enjoys spending time with his two closest family members. His beautiful wife Jessica and his dachshund Mr. Rupert.

Beth has worked at Starr's Cars since 2007. She has been in the auto industry for 14 years. She is in charge of sales, finance, and accounting. Beth has been a lifelong resident of Madison and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Crystal has worked at Starr's Cars since 2006. She is in charge of Evergreen accounts, payments and customer service. Crystal has worked in finance since she graduated from Perry High School in 2002. She enjoys spending time with family and her daughter.

Zdenko has worked for Starr's Cars since 2002. He specializes in the auto industry and is highly trained in all fields of auto tech. Zdenko came to the United States from Europe in 1999. He received his US citizenship in 2007. Zdenko enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and son Eddie.

Angel has been with Starr's Cars since 2011. He takes great pride in being a professional Automotive Detailer. He works very hard to keep our inventory clean and looking great. When Angel is not working he enjoys horseback riding and spending time with his family and friends.

Frank has been with Starr's Cars since 2012. He works hard to keep our inventory clean and looking great.

Chris has worked as a porter for Starr's Cars since 2008. Chris graduated Riverside High School in 2006. He also attended Auburn Career Center for Business Management. Before joining Starr's he worked for a local new car store detailing and selling. In his spare time he enjoys camping and classic car shows.

Rosco is a chow/shepard mix with a friendly disposition . He was rescued from the Cleveland APL and is the Official Mascot and greeter of Starr's Cars. Customers make special stops just to bring Roscoe treats!
